The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for production, materials, labor, and project requirements&mdash;supporting our sales and operations teams with timely and competitive quotations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and joinery works.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine materials, finishes, hardware, and labor costs.</li><li>Coordinate with the production team to verify material consumption, machining processes, and production rates.</li><li>Develop pricing for quotations, tenders, and project proposals, ranging from small works to large-scale projects.</li><li>Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate material pricing when needed.</li><li>Maintain an updated database of material costs, labor rates, and production costs.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and timely submission of estimates.</li><li>Work closely with sales, designers, and production to finalize costing and resolve discrepancies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Estimator in the furniture, joinery, or fit-out industry (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of wood, panels, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and client specifications.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or estimation software is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and time-management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
