We&rsquo;re known for our client-first approach, strong community connections, and innovative marketing that helps listings stand out.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on, multifaceted role for a creative professional who thrives in both strategy and execution. You&rsquo;ll oversee branding, manage campaigns, and create stunning visuals and engaging content to drive leads and build our presence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a marketing strategy for real estate sales, property management, and brand awareness.</li><li>Create engaging content (videos, photos, social media posts, newsletters, and printed materials).</li><li>Manage Kokopelli Real Estate&rsquo;s social media channels and content calendar.</li><li>Photograph and film property listings, team features, and community content.</li><li>Produce and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, ads, and podcasts.</li><li>Plan and develop community events</li><li>Assist with the production of podcasts</li><li>Design marketing materials (flyers, property brochures, graphics, ad campaigns).</li><li>Collaborate with agents and leadership to market listings and promote events.</li><li>Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum reach.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (real estate experience a plus).</li><li>Strong photography and videography skills, including editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).</li><li>Excellent writing skills for blogs, captions, and marketing copy.</li><li>Comfortable creating and editing content for multiple platforms.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.</li><li>Passion for real estate, branding, and community engagement.</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Part-time role with flexible hours and some remote work.</li><li>Collaborative, supportive team environment.</li><li>Creative freedom to shape marketing vision.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding real estate business.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grand Junction, CO
