Our lawyers have substantial experience and are willing to train the right candidate. We would prefer someone with at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, property insurance, or bad faith.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Client interface and meetings.</li><li>Manages cases from inception through discovery</li><li>Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients.</li><li>Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.</li><li>Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings</li><li>Management and achievement of case deadlines.</li><li>Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals</li><li>Performing legal research and writing for motions and briefs</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school</li><li>Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing civil litigation, preferably in personal injury, property insurance, or bad faith</li><li>Experience handling depositions, negotiations, motion practice, and court appearances required</li><li>Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure</li><li>Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service</li></ul>Salary Range: $70,000 to 80,000 depending on experience plus bonus structureAbout Red Dirt LegalRed Dirt Legal is a dedicated insurance dispute law firm committed to holding insurance companies accountable and ensuring clients receive the coverage they deserve.
