 General Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Electrical Engineering
 
 or
 
 Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering
 
 (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 7 years of experience
 
 in SCADA and industrial automation projects, including at least
 
 5 years in a managerial/team lead role
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of
 
 Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, or equivalent PLC/SCADA platforms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with
 
 Kepware OPC Server
 
 and
 
 OPC UA/DA protocols
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 programming and commissioning RTU devices
 
 (Motorola, Aselsan, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth understanding of
 
 industrial communication protocols
 
 and
 
 cybersecurity standards
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Project experience in
 
 natural gas and/or water distribution sectors
 
 is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid background in
 
 project management, budgeting, and contract processes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in English
 
 (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Completed military service
 
 (for male candidates)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Valid B-class driver&rsquo;s license
 
 and active driving ability
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Based in Ankara
 
 , with no restriction on domestic or international travel
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Description:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the
 
 design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance
 
 processes of SCADA/automation systems used in natural gas and water distribution infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 integration and optimization
 
 of SCADA platforms such as
 
 WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition
 
 , etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and manage
 
 Kepware OPC Server
 
 and
 
 OPC UA/DA
 
 integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate planning and operation of
 
 PLC, RTU, and industrial communication infrastructures
 
 (Modbus, DNP, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 programming, configuration, and commissioning
 
 of RTUs (Motorola, Aselsan, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with
 
 cybersecurity, data integrity, and industrial network security
 
 standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage
 
 project budgets, timelines, and resources
 
 , and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Lead, mentor, and develop
 
 the technical team, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare training plans
 </li>
