Should be capable of handling team of 25-30 members and document work.Key responsibilities:1. Team Managementa. Direct and oversee the work of technicians and operatorsb. Manage work schedules for the teamc. Assign team to troubleshoot and attend any complaint2. Customer Servicea. Document the complaint raised by clientb. Ensure that the compliant is attended to and resolved by the team3. Reportinga. Maintain records of service activities, repairs, and maintenance including spares and tools at siteb. Send daily progress report and service report to head office4. Billinga. Prepare measurement book, RA bill for work done at siteWho should apply:<ul><li>B.
