This Opportunity

Uniquely positioned in our ability to produce large central systems for an entire plant down to individual filters for a single cutting machine on the floor, our proprietary filtration and cooling technologies come second to none.
The Maintenance Technician will install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings, using hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane and measuring and testing instruments.
Roles and Responsibilities<div><ul><li>
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment</li><li>
Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine</li><li>
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts</li><li>
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery</li><li>
Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment</li><li>
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment</li><li>
Make departmental rearrangements</li><li>
Repair and maintain building systems including water, compressed air, heating and air conditioning</li><li>
Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment</li><li>
Build and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures</li><li>
Requisition of material and supplies to complete repairs and installations</li><li>
Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition</li><li>
Follow all Barnes company policies and procedures diligently and effectively</li><li>
Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned</li></ul></div>
Required Qualifications<div><ul><li>
Associates Degree or equivalent or four to six years building and equipment maintenance experience and/ or training or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li><li>
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of organization</li><li>
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations</li><li>
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists</li><li>
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form</li><li>
Power and hand tools, forklift truck, electric cart, power lifts and overhead crane experience preferred</li><li>

 The Senior Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be responsible for representing Komline's Aftermarket parts and service supporting specialized product lines which include Pumps, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Belt Filer Presses, Paddle Dryers, Turbo Dryers, and Rotary Atomizers. The Senior Aftermarket Sales Specilaist will manage the complete sales cycle within the assigned geographic region/customer segment and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. With a focus on relationship management, opportunity identification, and coordination with internal specialists, the Outside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
 
 
 
 Roles And Responsibilities

 Serve as the primary sales contact for aftermarket parts and service within assigned geographic territory, managing customer relationships for Komline's specialized product lines including Pumps, Gravity Belt Thickeners, Belt Filter Presses, Paddle Dryers, Turbo Dryers, and Rotary Atomizers

 Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure for aftermarket solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers across Water &amp; Process, Agricultural &amp; Renewables, and Industrials markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct on-site customer visits to assess equipment condition, identify maintenance needs, and recommend appropriate parts and service solutions that maximize equipment performance and customer uptime
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal technical specialists, service engineers, and product managers to develop customized solutions that address specific customer requirements and application challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and account documentation within CRM systems, providing regular reporting on territory performance and market intelligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines for aftermarket components and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement personnel at customer facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, retrofits, and service contracts that enhance customer operations and drive recurring revenue
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Komline at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within separation and filtration markets to effectively position Komline's value proposition

 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of proven outside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, capital equipment, aftermarket parts/service, or engineered solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, technical sales cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts and equipment specifications to diverse audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to establish credibility and trust with technical and operational personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel within assigned territory (50-75%) including overnight trips and occasional weekend travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license and clean driving record
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders

 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience selling to wastewater treatment facilities, mining operations, chemical processing plants, power generation facilities, or related industrial markets

 Familiarity with separation technologies, filtration equipment, pumps, dryers, or similar process equipment

 Knowledge of Water &amp; Process, Agricultural &amp; Renewables, or Industrial market segments
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing network of contacts within target industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical background or hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance and operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CAD software, Microsoft Dynamics (D365), and/or Salesforce
