What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you&rsquo;ll be the face of Kompose&mdash;welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process</li><li>
Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person</li><li>
Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system</li><li>
Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed</li><li>
Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction</li><li>
Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate</li><li>
Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment</li></ul>
Requirements: 
What You Bring
We&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s sharp, personable, and ready to grow. Ideal candidates will have:<ul><li>
Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach</li><li>
Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>
A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome</li></ul>
