SEO &amp; Amazon SpecialistLocation: Wildwood, NJ (on-site preferred) Employment: Full-time Company: Kona Surf CompanyAbout the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on SEO &amp; Amazon Specialist to grow organic traffic and sales across Konasurfco.com, Amazon, and other shopping channels. You&rsquo;ll own keyword strategy, onsite optimization, content improvements, link building, and marketplace listing optimization&mdash;plus report on performance and iterate quickly.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Build, optimize, and scale product listings on Amazon (titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, images).</li><li>Execute on-page SEO: keyword mapping, meta titles/descriptions, H-tags, alt text, internal linking, calls-to-action, and schema where relevant.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis; translate insights into content briefs and page updates.</li><li>Plan and run link-building initiatives (earned links, partnerships, and digital PR).</li><li>Monitor rankings, analytics, and conversions; deliver actionable reports and roadmaps.</li><li>Perform technical/UX site evaluations to identify issues and opportunities.</li><li>Support social/retail channel optimization (e.g., product SEO for other marketplaces, basic social SEO best practices).</li><li>Stay current with SEO and Amazon policy/algorithm updates and recommend timely adjustments.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>2+ years of SEO experience, including marketplace SEO (Amazon).</li><li>Proven results improving rankings, traffic, and conversions.</li><li>Strong skills in keyword research, content optimization, and link building.</li><li>Comfort with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Amazon reports) and ranking tools.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and fundamentals of technical SEO for dynamic sites.</li><li>Organized, metric-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with A/B testing, structured data, and site speed tools.</li><li>Amazon ads or retail media familiarity.</li><li>Basic design or copy-editing chops for listing polish.</li></ul>How to Apply Email your resume/portfolio and a few brief bullets on your most successful SEO/Amazon win to Chris or call/text (609) 827-3069.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
