We take pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining a strong safety culture, and providing opportunities for our team to grow their skills and advance their careers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Excavation Laborer with some prior experience in excavation or related construction work. This position involves working as part of a crew on a variety of earthwork and utility installation projects. Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn advanced equipment and grading technologies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate light and heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and other machinery as needed</li><li>Assist with installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.)</li><li>Perform general labor duties such as trenching, grading, backfilling, and site cleanup</li><li>Learn and apply laser and GPS systems to shoot grades and maintain accurate elevations</li><li>Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times</li><li>Travel to out-of-state job sites as required (typically short-term project-based travel)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in excavation, utility work, or construction required (minimum 1 year preferred)</li><li>Ability to safely operate small excavation equipment</li><li>Willingness to learn laser and GPS grading systems</li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Willingness to travel for certain projects</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 50 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lindon, UT 84042 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
