Job purposeThe basic function of a merchandiser is to maximize your sales objectives by merchandising, servicing and developing your accounts.Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Install and repair all permanent P.O.S.</li><li>Check all P.O.S. for cleanliness and working condition upon entering an account to install or repair P.O.S</li><li>Record time in and time out on merchandising reports.</li><li>Call on each account as scheduled</li><li>Create, develop and maintain good will in every account.</li><li>Rotate Anheuser-Busch products according to Anheuser-Busch and Konrad Beer Distributor policy.</li><li>Ask retailers for floor displays and additional product and draft distribution.</li><li>Inventory and keep the P.O.S. room clean. Put away all new P.O.S. promptly in its proper area in a neat manner.</li><li>Survey from the street, as you enter, at the point of selection (windows, shelves, and aisles), and at the point of payment. At each of these locations look for opportunities. Sell those opportunities to the retailer. Seek to stand out and dominate in all of these areas: street visibility, P.O.S. distribution and location, price cards on all displays when allowed, primary &amp; secondary displays, merchandising and distribution.</li><li>Drive your vehicle safely, courteously, and obey all traffic regulations.</li><li>Communicate and cooperate with the salesperson who is assigned to the account to maximize merchandising within account.</li><li>This list of duties is not all-inclusive and should not be interpreted to mean that you cannot be called upon to perform the duties of another job.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Able to lift, load, unload and move product weighing up to 165 lbs. as well as hang merchandise material.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $24.80 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
