We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning &amp; development processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and databases.</li><li>Support onboarding &amp; induction programs for new employees.</li><li>Help in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internal communications.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.</li><li>Organize employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal cycle.</li><li>Work closely with HR team on day-to-day operational tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
