The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.</li><li>Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.</li></ul>Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.</li><li>Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.</li><li>Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.</li><li>Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Available for night shift </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
