If you are passionate about aesthetics, committed to delivering natural results, and motivated to continue refining your craft, you will thrive at Kontour.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient concerns, goals, and medical history</li><li>Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.), dermal fillers, PRP injections, and biostimulators</li><li>Perform aesthetic procedures including microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and medical weight loss injections</li><li>Educate patients clearly and compassionately on treatment plans, pre- and post-care, and realistic expectations</li><li>Apply strong facial anatomy knowledge and aesthetic judgment to deliver balanced, natural-looking results</li><li>Confidently recommend, modify, or decline treatments when they are not in the patient&rsquo;s best interest</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation</li><li>Stay current with industry techniques, safety protocols, and emerging treatments</li><li>Collaborate with aestheticians and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans</li><li>Uphold the luxury patient experience and clinical standards Kontour is known for</li><li>Occasionally participate in educational or social media content that highlights treatments and patient education</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA-C)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments</li><li>Strong proficiency with Botox and dermal fillers</li><li>Availability to work evenings and 1&ndash;2 Saturdays per month</li><li>Excellent consultation and patient communication skills</li><li>Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance</li><li>Calm, confident bedside manner and professional presence</li><li>High attention to detail and strong clinical judgment</li><li>Self-motivated with initiative and integrity</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience with advanced injectable techniques</li><li>Familiarity with biostimulators, PRP, and regenerative treatments</li><li>Experience with laser treatments or energy-based devices</li><li>Comfortable being featured in educational or social media content</li><li>Team-first mindset and openness to feedback</li></ul>About KontourKontour Medical Spa is redefining aesthetics in metro Atlanta.
