We need a Project Designer to draft construction drawings and permit/zoning applications for our Sunroom and Porch products.<ul><li>Applicants must be capable of using design software, preferably Home Designer Pro or Chief Architect.</li><li>Job site visits may be necessary on some projects to verify lot lines or building measurements.</li><li>Ability to calculate live loads for beam and joist specifications are a plus.</li><li>3D design and animation capabilities are a plus.</li><li>This is a work from home opportunity 20-30 hours per week. Work as an employee or sub-contractor. Pay by hour or by project your choice.</li><li>Milage paid for job site inspections.</li><li>Employment includes dental insurance, health insurance stipend, and holiday pay.</li><li>Project pricing negotiable.</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 &ndash; 30.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in McFarland, WI 53558
