<div>At Koops, our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring that every project runs smoothly &mdash; from sourcing and organizing components to delivering them on time to our project teams. This department directly supports our mission to build high-quality custom automation by controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our projects on schedule.
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
As a Supply Chain Manager, you&rsquo;ll take on a working management role, spending approximately 60% of your time on direct project work and 40% on leadership and coordination activities. You&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time &mdash; all while promoting organization, efficiency, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Source, organize, and distribute components for project teams</li><li>
Support cost control and quality improvement initiatives</li><li>
Lead daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues</li><li>
Promote and uphold Koops&rsquo; Core Values in every interaction</li><li>
Lead the regional supply chain team members</li></ul>

We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supply chain excellence. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a leader &mdash; someone who enjoys hands-on work while guiding others toward success.
Qualifications<ul><li>
Proven leadership skill set, management experience preferred</li><li>
Passion for supply chain operations</li><li>
Strong customer service mindset</li><li>
Ability to work on-site in Greenville, SC.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
4 year degree or equivalent experience in supply chain</li><li>
5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting</li><li>
Solid business and financial acumen</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
