Join our team as a key member in handling various vehicle-related services while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Idaho State laws. Some of what this position does:<ul><li>
Customer Service: Assist customers in person, by phone, email, and mail, providing exceptional service.</li><li>
Vehicle Titling &amp; Registration: Process title transfers (private party, out-of-state, and dealer), issue license plates, and conduct VIN inspections.</li><li>
Knowledge of Idaho Law: Learn and apply vehicle-related regulations to ensure full compliance.</li><li>
Document Verification: Review and verify titling documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Diverse Tasks: Handle specialized titles for items like mobile homes, salvage vehicles, and conditional titles.</li><li>
Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of all transactions.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work with banks, loan agencies, dealerships, and DMV offices to resolve customer issues.</li><li>
Money Handling: Manage cash, balance tills, and handle daily transactions.</li><li>
Ongoing Training: Keep up with updates from the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) to implement necessary changes.</li><li>

This role is essential for ensuring smooth and compliant vehicle title and registration processes, with a focus on customer service and accuracy.
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of twelve months&rsquo; office experience and/or customer service.</li><li>
Experience in vehicle titling and registration is preferred but not required.</li><li>
A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of tasks.</li><li>
Ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism and tact.</li><li>
A willingness to learn Idaho&rsquo;s vehicle titling and registration laws.</li><li>
Previous experience in clerical work or customer service is a plus.</li></ul>
