Position Summary:
Responsible for advancing key initiatives and projects in support of Kootenai Health&rsquo;s strategic plan. This position will individually lead both direct and virtual multidisciplinary teams from concept phase through execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity. Acts as a strategic partner to executive and service line leaders, flexibly responding to needs and enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive change, facilitate alignment, and create measurable impact for the organization. In support of the Results Management Office, this role will lead the portfolio and program management of strategic initiatives and projects and will assist in the leadership and direction of multiple project managers.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Creates and oversees project scopes, timelines, tasks/responsibilities, and deliverables for assigned projects in collaboration with multi-functional teams</li>
<li>Works with executive and service line leaders to develop charters, objectives, metrics, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and monitoring systems
</li><li>Ensures tracking of deliverables, objectives, and outcomes for each project, including project status reporting to key stakeholders and sponsors</li>
<li>Sets up and leads multi-disciplinary work teams to deliver on key deliverables and deadlines
</li><li>Ensures effective communication, training, and post-implementation support strategies are created and implemented among all stakeholder teams</li>
<li>Responsible for positive relationship management with project team members as well as assisting teams</li>
<li>Develops and maintains the process and tools for effective portfolio management in support of the Results Management Office</li>
<li>Facilitates complex decision-making among multiple stakeholders with varying priorities, while using a tailored approach to meet the needs of stakeholders, ensuring solutions are both sustainable and scalable</li>
<li>Engages stakeholders in solving problems of varying complexity, strategic priority, and visibility</li>
<li>Uses change management and performance improvement tools. Builds awareness and commitment to the change effort, and leads the ongoing communications and alignment of stakeholders throughout the process</li>
<li>Identifies, gathers, and analyzes all pertinent data, research, and/or information necessary to help make recommendations, inform decisions, and accomplish project goals. Processes information quickly and can translate and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences</li>
<li>Conducts post-initiative assessments and makes recommendations for improvements based on those assessments</li>
<li>Stays aligned with and shares best practices with other members of the project management team as a way of improving upon the collective development of team members</li>
<li>Actively coach and mentor project managers in areas such as communication, leadership, and overall project management effectiveness.</li>
<li>Applies a wide degree of creativity and latitude and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals</li>
<li>Performs other related duties and special projects as required as assigned</li>

<li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications: 

<ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience required</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in Communications, Healthcare, Project Management, Planning, Business Analysis, and/or other relevant experience required</li>
<li>Strong project management experience, including development of work plans, metrics, and monitoring processes</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience and success in leading cross-functional and virtual teams for strategically-essential system initiatives with varying complexity</li>
<li>Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills, a high level of collaboration, and an ability to coordinate activities and move initiatives forward in partnership with stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience in managing virtual teams preferred</li>
<li>PMP certification preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma preferred</li></ul>

Provides nursing care in the ambulatory, non-acute care, and non-procedural based environment.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Evaluates, plans, implements, and documents nursing care for an assigned patient population</li></ul>

<ul><li>Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing program required</li><li>Licensed RN with a minimum 3 years&rsquo; patient-facing RN experience at time of hire, ADN or diploma required; BSN or higher preferred</li><li>All non-BSN RN's with less than 3 years&rsquo; patient-facing RN experience at time of hire are required to be enrolled in a baccalaureate (or higher) degree program in nursing within 1 year of employment, with completion within 3 years of hire</li><li>State of Idaho Registered Nurse OR licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR current RN licensure from a state participating in the &ldquo;multistate privilege to practice&rdquo; compact with Idaho prior to start date</li><li>BLS Required</li></ul></div>

Position Summary:
This position exudes the Kootenai Health Way through providing superior customer service in interactions with all customers. Meets excellence standards by providing customers with consistent, high-quality beverages and food products. Displays a positive attitude and willingness to serve others. 

Team Highlight:
The Hospitality department at Kootenai Health offers a wide range of support services to various departments, staff members and patients. Our 120-member team is made up of a variety of contributors including an executive chef, sous chefs, cooks, baristas, clinical dietitians, nutrition technicians, guest relation associates, and hospitality services associates. We prepare and serve patient meals through our room service program in the hospital, as well as for our off-site youth acute unit. We operate a cafe and coffee service for employees and hospital guests, along with a robust overnight food grab and go service. We provide catering services within the hospital and stock all the units with food and paper items. Our department offers a high level of patient nutrition support and education provided by our registered dietitians and, in addition, our infant nutrition technicians carefully prepare feedings for premature babies in the NICU. As a member of this fast-paced and dynamic team, you are involved in offering the highest level of care regardless of the important role you play! 

Responsibilities:
