We are seeking a </i><b><i>Benefits Manager</i></b><i> with deep expertise in employee benefits strategy and administration to join our growing team in </i><b><i>Livingston, NJ</i></b><i>. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and managing benefit programs, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike, balancing compliance, cost management, and innovation in benefits offerings.</i></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><i>
Strategic Partnership and Program Oversight</i></div><ul><li>
Partner closely with the VP of Benefits to design, implement, and continuously enhance employee benefit programs</li><li>
Translate organizational priorities into strategies that drive retention, satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness</li><li>
Support presentation of benefits strategies, data, and recommendations to senior leadership</li></ul><div><i>
Compliance and Vendor Management</i></div><ul><li>
Ensure all programs comply with federal and state regulations (i.e., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.)</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership on vendor relationships, including carriers, brokers, and TPAs</li><li>
Assist in negotiations, RFP processes, and evaluating vendor performance</li></ul><div><i>
Employee Support and Communications</i></div><ul><li>
Lead day-to-day employee support, resolving escalated benefits issues with care and professionalism</li><li>
Create and deliver engaging communication for open enrollment and ongoing education</li><li>
Train management and human resources on applicable new policies and updates</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications and Experience</b></div><ul><li>
7+ years&rsquo; experience in employee benefits within an insurance brokerage</li><li>
Strong understanding of benefits compliance, plan design, and vendor management</li><li>
Proven ability to support and collaborate with senior leadership on benefits strategy</li><li>
Proficiency in Applied Epic (<i>preferred</i>)</li><li>
Valid Life &amp; Health Insurance License (<i>required)</i></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
