   Role overview:
  </strong>
 </p>

   Engage with our clients directly or indirectly to understand their business needs regarding the HCM implementation of various modules.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through some onsite person) in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve moderately complex issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive consistency into delivery practices by leveraging implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in a business required shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM/ 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
  </li>
 </ul>

   Key responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Extensive domain experience in implementing HCM or WFM software.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with various HCM modules- Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Global HCM Implementation experience would be an add-on
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven knowledge of SQL, SDLC &amp; AGILE methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  </li>

The Opportunity</b></div><div>
As<b><i> Head of Legal</i></b>, you will serve as the principal legal advisor to the executive leadership team and the board of directors. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the legal function over time, ensuring compliance, and enabling innovation in a fast-paced, global environment.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>Legal Strategy &amp; Risk Management</b>: Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business objectives; advise on risks related to strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments.</li><li><b>Corporate Governance &amp; Compliance</b>: Oversee governance processes, regulatory compliance (including GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks.</li><li><b>Commercial &amp; Contractual Matters</b>: Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, data processing, and partnership agreements; implement scalable contract management systems.</li><li><b> Intellectual Property</b>: Manage global IP portfolio and strategies to protect proprietary AI technologies and software assets.</li><li><b>Regulatory &amp; Data Privacy</b>: Monitor evolving global regulations on AI, privacy, and cybersecurity; implement privacy-by-design practices.</li><li><b>Disputes &amp; Litigation</b>: Manage litigation strategy and external counsel relationships; develop crisis response plans.</li><li><b>Team Leadership</b>: Build and lead a high-performing legal team; foster a collaborative, business-oriented legal culture.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Ideal Candidate Profile</b></div><ul><li>J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school</li><li>10+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience with SAAS companies</li><li>Expertise in commercial contracts, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), partnership agreements, IP, and corporate law.</li><li>Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging tech regulations.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
