Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Serve as a strategic legal advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations</li><li>
Support government relations by analyzing legislation and legal trends affecting independent pharmacies</li><li>
Oversee corporate governance, contracts, litigation, and employment law matters</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Candidate Requirements</div><ul><li>
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>
Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission via waiver</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years in-house legal experience and 5 years at a large law firm</li><li>
Broad legal expertise including corporate, contract, litigation, and HR law</li><li>
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial dynamics</li><li>
Excellent communication and leadership skills</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Compensation &amp; Benefits</div><div>
Base Salary: $300,000&ndash;$350,000</div><div>
Bonus: 25% target annual bonus</div><div>
