 " Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
 
 " with the following qualifications to be appointed to our Koroplast CFO organization.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min 10 years of relevant experience at least 3-4 years as a manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a relevant field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven working experience in an FMCG environment
 </li>
 <li>
 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong excel experience with ability to work on and analyze large data sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in SAP and strong skills on MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Self motivated and ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet stretch deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Team management
 </li>

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Works on monthly, quarterly, yearly financial forecasts updates in close collaboration with multi-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and lead 5 year Strategic Plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare deep analysis of actual vs budget/forecast spendings
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare customer/product profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Works on financial evaluation of business scenarios, pricing/spending/investment decisions and respective recommendations to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivers monthly management reports with key performance measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standarts and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in preparation of management presentation decks on forecasts and business reviews.
 </li>
