Receive and document emergency &amp; non‑emergency calls</li><li>
Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skillset</li><li>
Monitor field technicians and optimize their schedules for maximum efficiency</li><li>
Schedule appointments using <b>right tech / right call</b> guidelines</li><li>
Enter accurate customer and call information into our system</li><li>
Communicate clearly with techs, customers, and leadership</li><li>
Support a fast‑moving service department with professionalism and confidence</li></ul><div>

Previous dispatching experience (required)</b></li><li>
