 Role Description: Fintech Business Analyst
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Coordinating with the derivatives trading desk to automate various trading process with objective of digitizing processes &amp; improving them
 
 
 &middot; Work on scoping of the trading team&rsquo;s digital projects and liaison with IT team to update, implement, and monitor the deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
 
 
 &middot; Back testing hypotheses to enable informed decision making on strategies
 
 
 &middot; Enhance data analysis capabilities of the team with ability to analyze voluminous data to generate actionable insights
 
 
 &middot; Core coding work for data visualization using Python
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in coding and finance
 
 
 &middot; Advanced proficiency in Python and Excel is a must
 
 
 &middot; Good theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of equity derivatives
 
 
 &middot; Preferred - Candidates with MBA (Finance) / CFA / relevant experience
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Required:
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Passion for capital market
 
 
 &middot; Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to work in fast paced environment
 
 
 &middot; Sound understanding of valuation metrics, financial ratios, derivatives data and events that impact stock price
