<li>Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,</li>
<li>Tercihen Kocaeli ve İstanbul(Asya) bölgelerinde ikamet eden,</li>
</ul>
İş Tanımı: 
Dağıtım Merkezine gelen araçların mal kabul işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek,
 Ürünlerin mağazacılık siparişlerine uygun olarak satış kanalı bazında dağılımını yapmak,
 Gelen siparişlere göre düzenli ürün toplamak.

 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate IT processes, preferably with leadership experience in project management, business applications, and IT governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and proficient in project tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in retail and HR processes is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in business analysis, process management, resource planning, and budget management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects aligned with company vision and to coordinate effectively with business units and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in managing external vendors and consultants, including contract and proposal processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in IT budget processes; experienced in Capex/Opex planning, monitoring, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in team management, performance evaluation, mentoring, and talent development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is preferred.
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage projects aligned with the company&rsquo;s strategic vision, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee IT processes in line with the strategies set by the IT Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the corporate business applications project portfolio and prepare analysis/operational reports for senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish organizational structures and resource planning according to departmental needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure projects are executed in line with defined timelines and budgets, from analysis to go-live.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate stakeholder meetings to define requirements, delegate tasks to the team, and oversee documentation and workflow diagrams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project and demand requests from responsible departments through proper resource allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the KotonDesk platform demand management process, monitor SLA compliance, and ensure timely responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests across all departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external vendors and consultants during project and support processes, ensuring efficiency and performance tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track all projects and requests through the designated project management platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support IT Director in managing budgets, contracts, and coordination processes when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee IT &amp; Process Development Directorate budget planning (Capex, Opex, travel, operational expenses, etc.), monthly tracking, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and direct activities and projects with external business partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage contract and proposal processes with vendor companies, including evaluation, follow-up, and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and oversee all contracts related to IT &amp; Process Development Directorate, including signature processes and vendor communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cross-departmental coordination for joint IT projects (e.g., audits, data consolidation for senior management).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present project-related analysis and performance reports to the IT Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage, coordinate, and monitor team performance, while providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
 </li>
