Position: UI/UX DesignerWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong Figma skills to join our product team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for our products. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you&rsquo;ll own the end-to-end design process, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to understand user needs and business goals.</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.</li><li>Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.</li><li>Translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.</li><li>Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems).</li><li>Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing design work across web and/or mobile platforms.</li><li>Experience working with Agile or cross-functional product teams.</li><li>Ability to present and communicate design decisions clearly.</li><li>Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing is a plus.</li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Experience with tools like FigJam, Adobe XD, or motion tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects).</li><li>Front end development skills will be a bonus (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, React or Vue).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,338.42 - &#8377;45,214.51 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 10/11/2025
