 To be <b>QUALIFIED</b> for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, CDA or higher and the ability to pass all background checks and have a minimum of 1-year previous childcare experience.</div><div>

Required Shift: </b>Monday - Friday, available between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm</div><div>
</div><div><b>
Compensation: $20-$22/hr., based on education and experience</b></div><div></div><div>

Main Job Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.</li><li>
 Implement activities that encourage each child&rsquo;s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.</li><li>
 Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.</li><li>
 Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.</li><li>
 Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.</li><li>
 Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.</li><li>
 Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.</li></ul>
