Job Title: MIS ExecutiveDepartment: Management Information Systems / Data Entry Location: Lower Parel, MumbaiJob Summary:The MIS Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating reports (daily, weekly, monthly) across departments. The role ensures accurate, timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders, maintains dashboards and trackers, automates manual reporting tasks, identifies and resolves data integrity issues, collaborates with finance, sales, operations, and marketing to gather data requirements, supports ad hoc reporting, and keeps accurate documentation of MIS and financial data.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports across departments.</li><li>Ensure timely distribution of accurate reports to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain dashboards and trackers for key performance indicators.</li><li>Automate manual reports using dashboard/reporting tools to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Ensure data integrity; identify and resolve discrepancies or data issues.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to gather data requirements.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting and analytical needs across departments.</li><li>Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for MIS and financial data.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar analytical/data role.</li><li>Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Experience with Tally Prime software and ERP systems to extract, clean, and structure large datasets.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, macros).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and understandably.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Working knowledge of dashboard / visualization tools is a plus.</li></ul>Additional Info:<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Work Location: In-person, Lower Parel</li></ul>Share your CV at +91 79779 11537 or email it at ea@kppackaging.comJob Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: &#8377;11,944.86 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
