Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage Gate Pass Process &amp; Compliance at all the sites, including the factory, for audit and other requirements.</li><li>Maintain proper records of all administrative and HR activities at the site.</li><li>Coordinate between company management, client officials, and site teams for smooth operations.</li><li>Drive a 4-wheeler (LMV) whenever required for site-related duties.</li><li>over seeing Admin, housekeeping, and Security team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site HR/Admin roles (preferably as an ex-army employee)</li><li>Must hold a valid LMV license and be comfortable driving 4-wheelers.</li><li>Excellent record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client coordination.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
