Job Summary: Maintain employee&rsquo;s personnel records. Provide support for administrative and store personnel.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is not a remote opportunity and will be located in our Gouverneur, NY offices.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
Job Duties:</div><ul><li>
Maintain complete confidentiality of personnel information at all times.</li><li>
Maintain employee personnel records and ensure accuracy.</li><li>
Track all necessary paperwork to comply with federal and state laws.</li><li>
Understand and utilize ICIMs effectively as our ATS and Onboarding tool.</li><li>
Enter new employee information into Cloud suite system, enter salary changes and any changes in status, location, FTE and address.</li><li>
Track and record employee performance review documents.</li><li>
Responsible for verifying employment using E-Verify program.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring we have all required documents for employees based on position (Drug Test, background checks).</li><li>
Responsible for reporting new hires each week to any applicable State Agency.</li><li>
Assist with EEO annual reporting.</li><li>
Responsible for ordering and distributing name badges in a timely fashion</li><li>
Assist in orientation for new employees.</li><li>
Responsible for compiling reports for other departments as requested.
</li><li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Education Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Preferred: Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration</li></ul><div><b>
Special Conditions of Employment:</b></div><ul><li>
Drug test</li><li>
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li><li>
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li></ul><div>
Compensation</div><div></div><div><br>
$18.50-19.22 per hour</div><div></div><div><br>
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.</div><div><br>
