 The Analyst, Project Control is responsible for managing financial and operational aspects of projects, ensuring they stay within budget, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis.
 
 
 
 Project Control and Reporting:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning and management of specific projects, including creating budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly project financial statements and reports, providing insights on project performance and profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information, assisting in decision-making processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Cash flow forecasting and project invoicing: Prepare project cash flow analysis and manage project billing. Monitor vendor payments and subcontractor billings as necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost Control: Monitor project costs, investigate variances, and implement cost containment measures to ensure projects remain within budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit Support: Assist in the annual external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with standards
 
 
 </li>

 Team Leadership &amp; Development

 Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

 Process &amp; Controls
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
 
 
 </li>

 Budgeting &amp; Forecasting
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial data
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide management with timely variance analysis and actionable insights
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Compliance &amp; Audit
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Liaise with external auditors during the annual financial statement
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Oracle NetSuite experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with construction/engineering/project management accounting (Percentage of Completion) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 </li>
