The Manager, Brand Content & Video Optimization supports and executes KPMG's brand content strategy, helping connect brand awareness initiatives with functional, industry, buyer, and demand generation campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
 
5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, communications, or digital content, preferably within professional services, B2B, or complex enterprise environments.
 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
 
Experience executing multi-channel content marketing campaigns from planning through launch, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
 
Ability to understand campaign strategy and translate existing objectives into compelling content plans, assets, and channel recommendations.
 
Hands-on experience with video content development, video strategy support, YouTube best practices, YouTube channel management, content optimization, and video performance metrics strongly preferred.
 
Strong creative eye with experience guiding creative projects, providing actionable feedback, and helping elevate creative quality across campaigns.
 
Exceptional project management skills, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving programs to completion on time and on budget.

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum five years of recent experience in leading strategic communications related to project and products as well as with leveraging change management methodology and applying as appropriate for the business environment</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred</li>
<li>Writing experience in marketing and/or communications for Technology products/OCM teams/User background; understanding of technical capability or willingness to test and learn</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI tools and initiatives, particularly in enablement or adoption contexts, is preferred</li>

Position Summary: 
This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, responsible for translating high-level business needs into actionable, detailed technical and functional specifications. The candidate will drive the requirement lifecycle—from elicitation and process mapping to creating user stories and system flow diagrams—while actively monitoring project progress to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications
 
Minimum 3 years experience in related role
 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
 
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile and creating deliverables that are specific to those methodologies (e.g. BRDs/ Features, Epics and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria). Understanding the Product Owner role and associated tasks.
 
Proficiency in process mapping techniques and methodologies: Experience and understanding of process mapping techniques, such as swim lane diagrams, flowcharts, and value stream mapping. Familiarity with BlueWorks Live and Aris is a plus.
 
Forward-thinking with a desire to incorporate GenAI tools into daily work, with skills in prompt engineering being a plus.
 
Experience in working with ServiceNow modules and using it and/or Jira for documenting requirements is desired
