 Job purpose:
 
 
 
 This is a mid-level client-facing role focused on delivering complex tax compliance and advisory work with minimal supervision. The Senior Consultant manages multiple assignments, conducts detailed technical analyses, liaises with clients and tax authorities, and contributes to the development of junior team members. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client service skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Major duties and responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and review corporate tax returns and computations for accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise clients on tax compliance, reporting, and planning matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft technical reports, memos, and advisory documents for managerial review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise directly with tax authorities during audits and queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research and provide insights on domestic and international tax developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to internal quality and risk management protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client relationship management by addressing day-to-day queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and informal coaching to Analysts and interns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in proposal preparation and business development efforts.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 Education requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 CPA, ACCA, CTA, ACA, or equivalent certification in progress or completed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Work experience requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;5 years of experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience within a consultancy or Big Four environment is highly preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge / Technical Skills
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in financial reporting and tax accounting principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP or tax automation tools is a plus.
 </li>

The Analyst supports the delivery of client engagements by preparing working papers, drafting tax computations, conducting research, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role offers hands-on exposure to local and international tax frameworks while working under the guidance of senior team members.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prepare corporate tax computations, returns, and supporting schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct research on tax regulations and draft initial findings for review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with client correspondence and gathering of required documentation.
 </li>

 Support the team in preparing audit defense files and liaising with tax authorities.
