 Job Summary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a client-facing role that involves delivering high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services. The Consultant / Senior Consultant &ndash; Corporate Tax will contribute to a variety of
 
 
 engagements, support senior team members in managing client relationships, and help ensure
 
 
 compliance with local tax regulations. The role offers exposure to diverse industries, cross-border
 
 
 projects, and the opportunity to develop as a trusted tax advisor in Jeddah.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax compliance filings for local and international
 
 
 clients.
 
 
 &bull; Support tax planning and structuring assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
 
 
 &bull; Draft technical deliverables such as tax reports, memoranda, and advisory notes under senior supervision.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct research on tax laws, regulatory changes, and emerging market developments.
 
 
 &bull; Support client meetings and discussions with tax authorities.
 
 
 &bull; Contribute to proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in applying technology and automation tools to enhance tax processes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull; CPA, ACCA, CTA, ACA, SOCPA or equivalent certification is preferred (in progress or completed).
 
 
 Work experience requirements:
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;6 years of experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
 
 
 &bull; Experience within a Big Four or multinational consultancy environment is an advantage.
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to handling client portfolios and supporting complex tax engagements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge / Technical Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of Saudi Tax and Zakat Law (broader GCC tax knowledge is a plus).
 
 
 &bull; Understanding of transfer pricing and international tax concepts (OECD guidelines are an
 
 
 advantage, not mandatory).
 
 
 &bull; Strong technical foundation in financial reporting, tax accounting, and drafting tax analyses.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
 
 
 &bull; Experience with ERP systems or tax automation tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
