 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a fresh graduate in IT Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field to join our ARCH Pakistan office and work closely with the Data Analytics &amp; AI team in KPMG Middle East.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will collaborate with our onshore Audit Data &amp; Analytics (D&amp;A) CoE Specialist team to deliver high-quality Data Analytics &amp; AI solutions that enhance our audit quality, risk assessment, exceptions-based testing and provide actionable insights to our clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ERP knowledge, SQL, ETL and big data preparation / wrangling of client datasets (GL journal entries, trial balances, Sub-GL, Data Migrations) for audit analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement completeness &amp; accuracy testing for financial data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize client data and highlight insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engagement teams to address business needs through analytical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Automate repetitive tasks using VBA, MS Power Automate, Agentic AI, Machine Learning etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop standardized processes and templates for recurring analytics requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document workflows, data models, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile Education &amp; Certification:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Data Analytics, AI or related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Attributes:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Microsft application viz. SQL, PowerQuery, PowerApps, Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ETL tools (PowerQuery, Alteryx, Tableu, SQL).
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, analytics, data preparation, pivot tables, Power Pivot).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with audit procedures and financial data structures (GL, TB, sub-ledgers). [optional]
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
 </li>
