KPS Global is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for administering and managing all Human Resources activities including Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and other daily activities of the Human Resources The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a strategy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.</li>
<li>Oversees the daily workflow of the department.</li>
<li>Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish (fluent in speaking, reading and writing)</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources or related work experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of the general principles and practices of human resources</li>
<li>PHR or SHRM-CP certification required</li></ul> 
 
 
Required Skills 
<ul><li>Partners with the local operations leadership to understand and execute the organization&rsquo;s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Provides support and guidance to management staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.</li>
<li>Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for non-exempt roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.</li>
<li>Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.</li>
<li>Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.</li>
<li>Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.</li>
<li>Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
 
 
Required Experience 
<ul><li>Remote HR experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high standards of ethical conduct</li>
<li>Demonstrated project planning and management skills</li>
<li>Ability to use diplomacy and tact in confrontational situations</li>
<li>The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>The capability to exercise independent judgment while problem-solving</li>
<li>Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong prioritization skills, while being dynamic and agile</li>
<li>Work well independently with minimal supervision and can manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Flexible in a dynamically changing environment</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel records/information.</li>
<li>Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback while being extremely flexible and adaptable.</li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The office environment is a cubicle/desk setting with low to moderate noise. Ability to sit for long periods of time, listen, and converse clearly via telephone and email. A high volume of data-entry (4 or more hours a day). Ability to operate general office equipment (i.e. phone, computer, copy, fax, scan). Position may require overnight travel.</div>
