We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the school&rsquo;s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the financial health of the institution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.</li><li>Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and audits.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Collaborate with the administrative team to improve financial procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and growth.</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful impact on the education and well-being of our students.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 36 monthsPay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
