Job Description: We are looking for an efficient and organized HR Operations Intern to support the backend operations of our HR department. This role focuses heavily on coordination, process management, data handling, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functioning.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle HR documentation, record management, and daily operational updates.</li><li>Maintain employee data, attendance sheets, and internal tracking systems.</li><li>Assist in process coordination between departments for onboarding and exit formalities.</li><li>Support HR operations in policy implementation, compliance checks, and workflow execution.</li><li>Manage day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and data sorting.</li><li>Prepare basic reports, summaries, and operational dashboards.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR operational tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and documentation tools.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:<ul><li>Hands-on exposure to core HR operations and workflow management.</li><li>Practical experience with real HR systems, compliance processes, and organizational coordination.</li><li>Opportunity to learn structured operations and grow into an HR Operations role.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
