Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee or boba experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, ensuring that each beverage is crafted to perfection. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of tea and coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing outstanding service to our caf&eacute; patrons. Your role will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality tea and coffee base beverages according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Operate the Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest and service areas, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of tea, syrups, and supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while enhancing the overall customer experience.</li><li>Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous boba or barista experience or strong knowledge of drinks preparation is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Toast or Square POS systems is advantageous.</li><li>Proven customer service skills in a retail or food service environment.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Experience in food preparation and understanding of food safety practices is essential.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
