Job Summary We are seeking a Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a server, you will be engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your friendliness and hard work will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.</li><li>Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations while ensuring the accuracy of orders.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly while adhering to all local laws regarding alcohol service.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain food safety standards.</li><li>Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing orders and payments.</li><li>Handle food safely and ensure compliance with health regulations throughout the restaurant and bar area.</li></ul>Skill<ul><li>Experience is preferred.</li><li>Must obtain a food safety card and a MAST permit within a few weeks of hiring.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.</li></ul>Join us as we create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service!Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Oak Harbor, WA 98277 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
