<li>Experience in handling contracts, SLAs, and financial tracking for projects.</li>

Client Relationship Management
</p><ul><li>Act as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Understand client business objectives, challenges, and future requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure timely communication of project progress, risks, and issues.</li>
</ul>Project Oversight &amp; Delivery Support
<ul><li>Oversee project execution in collaboration with Project Managers and internal teams.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to agreed project scope, timelines, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Support requirement gathering, clarifications, and approvals from the client side.</li>
<li>Monitor and track project health through regular reviews and reports.</li>
</ul>Commercial &amp; Contractual Management
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with client contracts, SLAs, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Track financial aspects of the account &ndash; billing, invoicing, and collections.</li>
<li>Identify and facilitate opportunities for change requests, upselling, and cross-selling.</li>
</ul>Risk &amp; Issue Management
<ul><li>Serve as the escalation point for client concerns.</li>
<li>Proactively identify risks that may impact delivery or client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Drive resolution of issues by coordinating with internal and client teams.</li>
</ul>Strategic Account Growth
<ul><li>Identify opportunities for account expansion and new project engagements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Business Development teams for proposal preparation and presentations.</li>
<li>Contribute to account planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.</li>
</ul>Internal Coordination &amp; Reporting
