<div>Job Description: 
5-D Systems, a KRATOS Company, is seeking a highly motivated candidate who will provide full lifecycle systems engineering technical contribution and leadership in support of unmanned aircraft programs. This position is full-time and requires the ability to successfully work in a team environment. The successful candidate will understand and have experience applying the full systems engineering lifecycle, and must be able to develop requirements, create system design documentation, generate, utilize and maintain Cameo models. This position will interface with internal and external project team members, company leadership, and customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Analyzing customer/stakeholder requirements, decomposing requirements, deriving requirements, and allocating requirements to system and subsystem elements</li><li>
Developing system architectures for new and existing systems</li><li>
Conducting trade studies and performing design research of engineering concepts and explorations to determine optimal requirements and system architecture</li><li>
Developing system/subsystem design documentation such as interface definitions, system schematics, and system description documents</li><li>
Developing and executing system verification plans and efforts</li><li>
Developing MBSE processes, procedures, templates, and best practices</li><li>
Developing, reviewing, and presenting Cameo models to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Leading or supporting system engineering technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)</li><li>
Assisting in preparation of proposals and presentation materials</li><li>
Performing peer reviews of fellow team members' work</li><li>
Developing and reviewing test plans and reports</li><li>
Supporting the planning and execution of various kinds of testing including hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL), subsystem and system testing</li><li>
Traveling to customer locations as needed (&lt;25% anticipated</li></ul> 

Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate has:<ul><li>
Minimum Experience/Skills:</li><li><ul><li>
Experience developing system requirements, system designs, and verification documentation</li><li>
Leadership experience working within the Defense and/or Aerospace industry on complex programs</li><li>
Experience with MBSE and Cameo</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with remotely distributed teams</li><li>
Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities</li><li>
Sense of ownership, urgency, and drive to accomplish results</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited engineering university</li><li>
11-20 years of relevant industry experience</li><li>
A U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher (or the ability to obtain such a clearance if needed)</li></ul>

Senior Systems Engineer

<div>Job Description: 
Prometheus Energetics LLC is currently seeking an Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership and ensure the efficient daily functioning of the company's office operations. Prometheus Energetics is a new US-based joint venture and will be a merchant supplier of solid rocket motors, energetics, and other adjacent product areas for the US and international defense markets.
This position serves as a critical organizational hub, providing administrative support to leadership and staff while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and highly organized office environment. Approximately 70% of time will be dedicated to executive and administrative support, with 30% focused on special projects and operational improvement initiatives. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and act with minimal direction.
The Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining effective communication, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring consistent follow-through across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Executive &amp; Administrative Support (~70%)
<ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership</li><li>
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones</li><li>
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries</li><li>
Prepare and process expense reports and invoices</li><li>
Manage incoming communications, including phones and email prioritization</li><li>
Serve as primary point of contact for guests and visitors</li><li>
Maintain organization charts, distribution lists, and filing systems</li><li>
Oversee general office operations including supply ordering, mail handling, and invoice processing</li><li>
Support onboarding of new employees in coordination with HR and IT (including equipment and supply ordering)</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information</li><li>
Act as an information resource on company policies and procedures</li></ul>
Special Projects &amp; Office Optimization (~30%)
<ul><li>Support planning and execution of meetings and events, including materials preparation, technical setup, catering, and logistics</li><li>
Develop and implement time-saving administrative processes</li><li>
Improve office workflows and organizational systems</li><li>
Work independently on moderately complex assignments requiring judgment and problem-solving</li><li>
Coordinate with internal and external administrative personnel to build effective support networks</li><li>
Ensure efficient flow of information across departments</li><li>
Anticipate issues and proactively develop contingency plans</li></ul>
