Job Overview Kraus Marketing is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll concept, design, and execute compelling promotional materials for a national cigarette/tobacco brand &mdash; working across digital and print campaigns to bring bold ideas to life.You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop visual concepts that resonate with target audiences, while maintaining brand integrity and meeting regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Concept and design marketing and promotional assets for a national tobacco brand, including emails, digital ads and pop-ups, push notifications, direct mail, landing pages, gamification graphics and more.</li><li>Create engaging visuals across multiple platforms</li><li>Develop and refine creative concepts based on client briefs and strategy input</li><li>Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all specifications</li><li>Contribute to light motion graphics for digital and social campaigns</li><li>Collaborate on website and digital UX layouts using Figma</li><li>Design and code responsive email templates for HubSpot/MoEngage campaigns (basic HTML/CSS a plus)</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and campaigns</li><li>Work within deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or consumer brand setting</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects)</li><li>Working knowledge of motion graphics for social and digital platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Figma for web and digital design collaboration</li><li>Basic understanding of email coding (HTML/CSS) and HubSpot (and similar) email templates</li><li>Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>Experience with Gamification a strong plus</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience designing for regulated industries (alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco)</li><li>Understanding of print production and color management</li><li>Familiarity with brand strategy and integrated marketing</li></ul>Why Join Kraus Marketing<ul><li>We&rsquo;re a dynamic, award-winning agency that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results.
