Kritos &amp; Son's Property Services LLC is a growing company and currently looking for a Lanscaping Team Members ($23-$26 per hour), and Team Leaders/Supervisors ($30-$35 per hour); to perform annual landscaping duties at various commercial sites.Job Duties/Responsibilities &amp; requirements:Team Members &amp; Team Leaders/Supevisors:<ul><li>Spring/Fall cleanups</li><li>Mowing, weed whacking, and blowing of sites</li><li>Hardscapes</li><li>Snow Removal (Plowing, shoveling, treatment of roads and walkways) Preferred experienced with heavy equipment (front-end loaders, etc), and sidewalk machines, and pulling landscape trailers.</li><li>Complete all assigned work tasks according to company policies and contract specs</li><li>Complete work log entries</li><li>Follow safety rules and regulations (including safety rules and regulations specific to position).</li><li>Other duties as assigned by employer.</li><li>Must be self motivated, have professional results, able to keep up with high work demands&hellip;and a team leader !</li></ul>Team Leaders/Supervisors:<ul><li>Supervising/overseeing employees</li><li>Scheduling and overseeing multiple sites, and projects.</li><li>Customer relations</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
