Our Real Estate Advisory Group provides comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, financing, insurance and other strategic planning purposes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Perform in-depth industry, market and competitor research
</li><li>Perform local, national and international real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities and REITs using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory
</li><li>Using Argus and Excel, design financial models for discounted cash flow analysis, market approach and cost approach valuation methods
</li><li>Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction, including personal &amp; telephone Interviews with brokers and property managers
</li><li>Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
</li><li>Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Currently pursuing Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management (with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate), Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate), Economics (with a concentration in Finance or Real Estate) from an accredited college or university
</li><li>Major GPA of 3.0
</li><li>Graduation Date between December 2026 and August 2027
</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow
</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
</li><li>Commitment to focusing on quality
</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future this includes students that are currently on a student visa.

Join Kroll's Global Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Team and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to contribute as new joiners in our Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Group.
Kroll&rsquo;s Mergers &amp; Acquisition practice advises middle-market companies in sellside, buyside, and capital raising transactions. Kroll differentiates with deep industry expertise, longstanding experience working with family businesses, and superior deal execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Support senior management teams, and get exposure to clients, board members and stakeholders throughout all phases of transaction advisory and execution, in both healthy and distressed situations
</li><li>Support in financial modeling and analytics for M&amp;A, restructuring &amp; special situations deal teams
</li><li>Draft situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations and term sheets in support of M&amp;A assignments
</li><li>Perform company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence
</li><li>Contribute to the development and communication of proposals and advice to current and prospective clients
</li><li>Ensure quality of client deliverables by having strong attention to detail
</li><li>Maintain open lines of communication between deal team and potential M&amp;A buyers/sellers, including maintaining the data room and coordinating management meetings
</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management (with a concentration in Accounting, Economics or Finance), Economics or other degree (with a minimum of four Junior and/or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics or Finance) from an accredited university or college
</li><li>Expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
</li><li>Major GPA of 3.2
</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
</li><li>A critical, detail-oriented thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information and master new tasks quickly
</li><li>Excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills
</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
</li><li>Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team
</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity
</li><li>Commitment to obtaining outstanding results
</li><li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
</li><li>FINRA Series 79, 63 &amp; 7 certification (either current or able to obtain)
