Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services

<div>We are looking for an analyst for our Client Services Operations team which performs, Data extraction, Data analysis on financial models and financial valuation reports along with report updates and various support services. The team undertakes research and collects financial and business data based on the request from the internal Kroll business units. The relevant financial and business data is collected through various publicly available sources and Kroll proprietary files. Pursuant to the collection, the data is summarized in the format prescribed by the Kroll business units. The team also undertakes subsequent analysis with respect to the completeness of the data and verification of accuracy of the information. This enables the business units to have easy access of information / data as available at various sources. Analyst will perform research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed commercial decisions, conduct research, and monitor financial movements. 
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Perform in-depth research on financial markets, companies, and economic trends to support investment decisions and strategic planning Ability to demonstrate high level of attention to detail and self-review.
 </li><li>Utilize financial databases and market platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Cap IQ to gather and interpret financial data and market information.
</li><li>Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data to create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
</li><li>Continuously update knowledge and skills related to financial databases and analytical tools to enhance research capabilities
</li><li>Act as an SME for respective service offering.

</li><li>MBA or MMS from an accredited college or university.
</li><li>Between 3-5 years of related experience in financial secondary research.
</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, with preferred background/exposure in financial reporting, financial modeling.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint being highly desirable.
</li><li>Experienced with market platform navigation of databases like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Cap IQ, etc.
</li><li>Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Commitment to long-term development with flexibility to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines.

Senior Analyst, Client Services Operations

<div>We are looking for a Senior Director to join our Construction Disputes Expert Services department in Riyadh. Our professionals bring expertise from a wide range of industries, including construction and infrastructure; energy and mining; financial services; healthcare; retail; and technology, telecom and media. Moreover, we help businesses anticipate project problems, protect their IP, prevent fraud, handle investigations, maintain compliance and deliver the world&rsquo;s most challenging projects.
This is a Riyadh based role that will require some national and international travel.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform Delay Analysis for large Construction &amp; Infrastructure projects in international arbitration and litigation.
</li><li>Drafting and reviewing concise but detailed expert reports based on the analysis findings.
</li><li>Reviewing documents on varied project types in a broad range of industries, for example infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, energy or renewables.
</li><li>Drafting notes, presentations and external communications to assist with the overall project scope and individual work streams.
</li><li>Presenting and participating in client meetings
</li><li>Provide assistance in managing the workload and tasks of the project team and arrange and organize the documentation filing process for the project.

<ul><li>Degree level education in a construction related field (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Construction Management).
</li><li>Relevant MSc in Engineering and/or Construction law would be an advantage.
</li><li>Ideally 10+ years of construction/industrial experience. Ideally with international exposure to large projects and experience as a site planner or tendering manager. A strong understanding of most common construction contract schemes (NEC, FIDIC&hellip;) would be an advantage.
</li><li>Must have 5+ years&rsquo; experience of performing detailed delay forensic analysis and writing expert reports. A deep understanding of the delay analysis practice and standards (SCL, AACE) is required.
</li><li>Proficient with Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project or similar software. Excellent understanding of planning concepts such as criticality, float, lag, concurrency and planning and resource allocation.
</li><li>Microsoft Excel and Office and comfortable with large sets of data and documentation.
