Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle &mdash; from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely dispatch. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution, high customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.&#11835;Key Responsibilities1. Customer Coordination<ul><li>Maintain regular communication with existing customers for new orders, order confirmations, and delivery updates.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand customer requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate order entry.</li></ul><ul><li>Share order acknowledgments, proforma invoices, and dispatch details promptly.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle basic post-sales customer support (queries, complaints, and feedback).</li></ul>2. Order Processing<ul><li>Coordinate internally with the production team to check feasibility and delivery timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Create and manage sales orders in the ERP system.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all required documents (POs, proformas, invoices, packing lists, etc.) are correctly generated and approved.</li></ul><ul><li>Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.</li></ul>3. Production &amp; Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Follow up with the production department for urgent or priority orders.</li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with logistics to plan dispatch schedules and shipment tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure dispatches are made as per customer requirements (labels, documents, packaging, mode of transport).</li></ul><ul><li>Resolve bottlenecks between departments to maintain smooth operations.</li></ul>4. Sales Support &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Assist the Sales Manager in identifying repeat order potential and new opportunities with existing clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a customer database and order tracking sheet for follow-up and reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on order status, pending orders, and dispatch performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Support in ensuring timely payments by coordinating with accounts and customers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
