Job Title: Project Administrator Company: Krone Solar Qatar Location: Energy City, Lusail, Doha, Qatar Salary: QAR 17,500 per monthJob Description: Krone Solar Qatar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in ensuring smooth project operations, documentation control, and timely delivery of project milestones.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams</li><li>Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and records</li><li>Track project schedules, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project communications</li><li>Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and progress updates</li><li>Monitor project budgets and assist in expense tracking</li><li>Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards</li><li>Support procurement and logistics coordination for project materials</li><li>Identify and report project issues or delays to management</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in project administration or coordination</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage</li><li>Experience in renewable energy or construction projects is a plus</li><li>Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٧٬٥٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
