We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our prototyping team. 
 
 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>
5+ years of strategic supply chain, logistic and procurement within a high-tech or manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Ability to read engineering drawings, understand bill of materials (BOMs), and quickly grasp complex technical constraints.</li><li>
Experience with global international suppliers</li><li>
Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between creative R&amp;D teams and rigid production environments.</li><li>
Track record of leading complex industrial projects, ideally in high-tech, aerospace, or advanced electronics.
</li></ul>Key responsibilities:<ul><li>
Partner directly with design and engineering teams to understand requirements, identify long-lead items, and secure parts for early-stage builds.
</li><li>Setting up logistic operations</li><li>
Identify, evaluate, and onboard specialized, high-tech suppliers and vendors capable of delivering custom, low-volume, high-complexity components.
</li><li>Develop supply chain readiness plans to transition successful prototypes into pilot production or scale-up manufacturing.
</li><li>Analyze assembly costs, negotiate pricing and turnaround times for rapid prototyping, and manage the associated procurement budgets.

Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to join our engineering team. The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer plays a critical role in bridging the gap between product design and manufacturing. This position is responsible for setting up a production system and strategy with the high quality standards. 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering</li><li>
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems</li><li>
Strong understanding of assembly processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards
</li><li>Strong root-cause analysis skills to troubleshoot yields, component failures, and production bottlenecks.</li><li>
Excellent leadership and project coordination abilities to align diverse, global, or cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
</li></ul>Key responsibilities:
<ul><li>Setting up a production system from scratch</li><li>
Develop, document, and validate manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>
Review and valuating product designs to ensure they are optimized for manufacturing, assembly and testing. Identifying potential production issues early in the development cycle.
</li><li>Manage project timelines, ensuring products move efficiently through gated development phases from concept to volume production.</li><li>
Lead quality tools like Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify and address potential production risks early Coordinate the selection, design, and validation of production tools, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment.
</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between R&amp;D, supply chain, quality assurance, and mass production teams. Collaboration closely with cross-functional to ensure that all aspects of the product development lifecycle are aligned with manufacturing capabilities</li><li>

NPI Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer, you will support project development from concept to implementation. From understanding project requirements and collaborating with team members to circuit design and testing, you will contribute to the development of reliable hardware solutions. You will participate in technical discussions, support implementation decisions, and consider design trade-offs as well as DFM and DFT requirements.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design digital, analog, and power supply circuits, including their integration into RF devices
</li><li>Coordinate PCB layout, perform circuit calculations, and place components such as connectors and indicators
</li><li>Collaborate with mechanical engineers to define thermal management and shielding requirements
</li><li>Create schematics, select components, and perform PCB layout and routing in line with DFM and DFT guidelines
</li><li>Support the product lifecycle from initial design to testing and debugging of prototypes
</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot design flaws or malfunctions in laboratory prototypes
</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs)</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field</li><li>
Strong experience in designing digital, analog, and power circuits
</li><li>Solid understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability/testability</li><li>
Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
</li><li>Experience with hardware data interfaces: SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, LVDS</li><li>
Skilled in using measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers</li><li>
Knowledge of PCB layout principles and best practices for complex hardware systems</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Abilities Required<ul><li>
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in hardware design and testing</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills, especially in prototype debugging and design optimization</li><li>
Effective communication skills for collaboration with design, mechanical, and manufacturing teams</li><li>
Experience in RF circuit design and signal integrity simulations (preferred)</li><li>
Knowledge of EMC compliance and testing (preferred)</li><li>
