Job Designation :- AGM/Sr. ManagerJob Title :- Head &ndash; ProcurementCompany KRYFS Power Components LimitedLocation Mumbai, Corporate OfficeReporting to Chief Financial OfficerReported by Team - ProcurementKey ResponsibilitiesShall be responsible foro Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.o Handle procurement cycles, lead times and purchasing requirements within overall business process of acquisition of goods or services, and minimization of response time while ensuring needs are met in a timely, satisfactory and cost effective manner.o Communicating with diverse groups; meeting deadlines and schedules; working as part of a team; flexible to changing conditions; dealing with frequent interruptions and changing priorities; and maintaining confidentiality.o Ensure that comparison Statements are prepared and vendors finalized as per standard operating procedures.o Ensures compliance to quality, safety &amp; environmental standards as per ISO.o Forecasting likely levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to maximize business efficiency.o Planning / Budgeting / Policy guidelines for purchase of materials to meet production plans.o Oversees required purchasing processes for the purpose of acquiring necessary resources to support district operation.o Contribution to the process of purchase planning and develop materials department plans.o Determine the appropriate source selection for materials, services, considering cost, quality and reliability.o Work closely with production team at factory level all locations on all relevant issues such as quality, delivery, payments for smooth functioning.o Implement latest strategy and process for achieving uninterrupted supply chain at best price and for best quality.o Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or appropriate referrals.o Travel as required across territory (Plants, market, customers)o Develop new vendors.o Negotiate and finalize half yearly/yearly rate contracts with suppliers, service providers.o Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials. Ensure there would be minimum 3 suppliers for regular procurement.o Ensure there should be no stock out situation at any plant location and also ensure there should not be over stock position.o SOPs and systems to be followed to ensure optimum stock level are always maintained.o Monitor timely receipt of material as per purchase order terms and ensure LD (liquidity damages) is deducted wherever applicable.Other Responsibilitieso Develop alternate product/ technology to cost saving and improve work efficiency.Qualificationo Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineeringo Post-graduate specialization in Supply Chain ManagementExperience :- Minimum 10 years of experienceImportant Points Candidate should have<ul><li>Candidate should be ready to travel to Kherdi Silvassa , Palghar &amp; Vadodara</li><li>Preferred candidate from Distribution Transformer Industry</li><li>Manage monthly purchase more than 10 Crores</li><li>Experience of managing Purchase for multiple factory Units</li></ul>Interested candidates please share your resume on snehal.desai@kryfs.com Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;1,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience from Distribution Transformer industry in Purchase </li><li>How many manufacturing units do you oversee for purchasing ?</li><li>How long you are been charge of Purchasing department &amp; Team </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Distribution Transformer : 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
