JOB DESCRIPTION:- Compile customer data from various sources on a variety of standardized forms.- Input data into the system and excel sheets.- Manage and record daily finances (sales, expense)- Recording customer payments and balancing sheets- Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.- Assist in customer service and operations during peak days- Creating financial reports- Perform other related tasks as delegated by managers.Requirements- College graduate- Ability to communicate in English properly- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel- Must be willing to work on a flexible time schedule and home environment- Minimum 2 years experience in fnb, restaurant or food industry- Minimum 2 years experience in accounts- Knowledgeable in using social media apps, FB, IG, Whats app, tiktok- Team player, goal oriented, extrovertJob Type: TemporaryPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>administrative assistant: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
