Purpose of the Position</div><div>
The purpose of this position is to coordinate with KSB offices and the factory to ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints, support Sales and Service offices on warranty matters, keep stakeholders informed, provide product failure details to QHSE, and maintain accurate records of Free of Charge (FOC) complaints.</div><ul><li><div>
Key Responsibilities</div></li><li><div>
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective system for registering, monitoring, and promptly resolving customer complaints.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all complaint cases, in both electronic and hard-copy formats.</div></li><li><div>
Assess and validate warranty claims in line with company warranty policies (e.g., FT 4 General Conditions of Contract).</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure fair, timely, and compliant handling of warranty cases.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate timely approvals of Free of Charge (FOC) orders related to complaint cases.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain structured records of approvals for internal audit and reporting purposes.</div></li><li><div>
Act as a central point of contact between customers, service centers, sales teams, and works/production departments to resolve complaints.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure effective coordination between sites and offices to achieve customer satisfaction.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and circulate monthly complaint reports to the relevant departments.</div></li><li><div>
Provide structured insights and recommendations to management for improving product reliability and customer support processes.</div></li><li><div>
Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on the status and resolution of complaints.</div></li><li><div>
Support Sales and Service offices with timely technical clarifications and warranty-related guidance.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate flexibility in taking on additional tasks or assignments as delegated by the line manager, when required.</div></li></ul><div>
Requirement Profile</div><ul><li><div>
Formal Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</div></li><li><div>
Professional Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience.</div></li><li><div>
Special Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; knowledge of centrifugal pumps will be an added advantage.</div></li></ul><div>

Purpose of the Position:</div><div>
The purpose of this position is to lead and oversee all banking operations and logistics activities. The role ensures the timely establishment of Letters of Credit (LCs), bank contracts, supplier payments, and the regularization of transactions in line with company SOPs. It is also responsible for planning and managing imports, exports, shipping, and customs clearance to guarantee the efficient delivery of goods and services within defined lead times.</div><div></div><div>

Responsible for Logistics planning in alignment with order backlog</div></li><li><div>

Responsible for optimized logistics / shipment planning in-line with production plan</div></li><li><div>
To arrange &amp; manage imports and export logistics and custom clearance.</div></li><li><div>
To launch claims to suppliers for any discrepancies or damages.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for preparing weekly / monthly banking &amp; logistics MIS and performance reports against open orders.</div></li></ul><div>
Experience &amp; Skill requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
7-10 years of international procurement experience, with business / engineering degree</div></li><li><div>
Experience of SAP / ERP is a must</div></li><li><div>
