Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design software, a good understanding of current design trends, and the ability to inspire and guide students in developing their creative skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach and mentor students in Graphic Design principles, visual communication, and industry-relevant tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).</li><li>Develop lesson plans, assignments, and projects aligned with the institute&rsquo;s curriculum.</li><li>Demonstrate practical applications of design concepts through real-world projects.</li><li>Conduct interactive workshops on branding, typography, layout design, and digital illustration.</li><li>Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback for improvement.</li><li>Stay updated with latest design trends, software updates, and industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum content and teaching methodologies.</li><li>Assist in organizing student exhibitions, design competitions, and portfolio reviews.</li><li>Maintain discipline and engagement in the classroom.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative work.</li></ul>Salary:Commensurate with experience and portfolio quality.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
