Job Summarywww.ksquarearchitects.comWe are looking for a Sr. Architect who is enthusiastic , creative and eager to create human experiences through architecture &amp; interior design of spaces.An eye for detail &amp; a practical yet innovative design approach is very much appreciated. Must be able to multitask, collaborate with team members &amp; guide the project from inception to handover. Will be responsible for all the communication between the clients &amp; the design team. Should poses strong presentation &amp; communication skills to ensure the design intent gets delivered.Responsibilities and Duties1.Create a project/client brief based on discussions and interactions with clients 2.Create site condition reports based on site conditions. 3.Verify with authorities in development regulations etc. 4. Prepare conceptual design. presentations. 5. Co ordinate with allied consultants in preparation of final design details. 6. Ensure the design team is in line with the design delivery &amp; project timelines. 7.Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations 8. Schedule site visits &amp; prepare progress reports. 9. Prepare snag reports &amp; bill sign offs. 10. Attend project launch events representing the company &amp; the design team. 11. Most importantly have fun though the life cycle of the project.Key Skills AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Vray/ Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office.Required Experience and Qualifications 1. B. Arch Graduate is preferable. 2. Strong knowledge in the domain of interior design. 3. Good connect with contemporaries &amp; other design professionals. 4. Keen interest in being up to date with the design trends &amp; sensibilities. 5.
